Are you bubbling with creativity and have professional experience in creating strategic marketing and communications plans that effectively engage and inspire diverse audiences? Are you skilled in graphic design and crafting compelling written communications to support parish events, campaigns, and ministries? We may have the perfect role for you!
What You'll Do: • Lead and manage marketing and communication strategies. • Create and implement detailed marketing and communication plans for parish initiatives, events, and ministries. • Design visually appealing digital and print materials, including flyers, newsletters, and bulletins to promote parish events, programs, and campaigns. • Website management. • Project management ensuring timely delivery of high standard marketing deliverables.
What You'll Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications. • Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation. • Familiarity with nonprofit marketing strategies, community outreach, and fundraising. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and graphic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creativity Suite.) • Faith-filled: Practicing Catholic with a strong understanding of Catholic teachings, traditions, and values. • Joyful Spirit: A collaborative attitude to work seamlessly within the parish. • Passion for the mission of the Catholic Church.
