Digital Marketer – Paid Social Specialist

We’re hiring a Digital Marketer who lives and breathes paid social campaigns. You know how to test creative, find the right audience, and scale campaigns without burning budgets. You’re equally comfortable in a strategy session and inside Meta Ads Manager.
What You’ll Do:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok).

Partner with our creative team to develop scroll-stopping ad content.

Monitor performance, tweak targeting, and analyze data across platforms.

Present results and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders or clients.

Stay on top of platform updates and new ad formats.
What You Bring:

5–10 years experience in paid social and digital marketing.

Track record of managing budgets and improving campaign ROI.

Strong grasp of analytics, conversion tracking, UTMs, and reporting tools.

Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset.
-
Bonus: Experience with nonprofit, mission-driven, or faith-based campaigns.
