We're expanding and seeking a motivated In-House Recruiter to join our growing team. Position Overview: St. Joseph’s Roofing is looking for a full-time In-House Recruiter to support the growth of our Insurance and Repair Divisions by sourcing and hiring top talent. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home, along with in-office collaboration as needed. Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit Sales Reps, Roof Inspectors, and Repair Technicians
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Work closely with leadership to meet hiring goals
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract quality candidates (job ads, social media, recruiting campaigns)
• Once recruiting goals are met, this role may evolve into a managerial position, overseeing team operations and further supporting company growth

Requirements:

• Organized, personable, and goal-driven
• Strong communication and people skills
• Proven experience in recruiting or HR
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Marketing experience is a plus
