Position: Advancement Services Associate
Position Type: Full-Time, Missionary Staff Missionary
Reports to: Advancement Director (Sam Halligan)
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the entry, administration, and receipt of gifts and gift pledges (20%). Coordinate the regular review/revision of department processes and templates pertaining to gift and pledge recording, entry and acknowledgement, as well as assure the monthly reconciliation of gifts and pledges (5%). Manage all Virtuous permissions providing requested reporting to authorized directors and managers (5%). Coordinate data scrubbing and manage the adoption of Virtuous for Advancement and Marketing in Collaboration with Robert & Sam (25%). Conduct prospect research and provide prospect intelligence to team members as requested (10%). Manage the advancement office ensuring office supplies and collateral are on hand and coordinate timely responsiveness to communications via email or Grasshopper (10%). Coordinate special event & campaign communications (5%). Special projects and team support activities as directed by the supervisor (Sports Trivia Cup Auction & Software) (20%).

- Virtuous database management: manage gift entry, processing, acknowledgement
2. Manage end of year gift acknowledgements
3. Manage and track all pledges and accounts receivable
4. Administrative support (calls, emails, mailings, meeting scheduling)
5. Researching prospects & Annual Fund Support
6. Event Planning

Start Date: May 2025 if internal hire. As soon as able for external hire.
