Job Summary / Objective: We are looking for a multi-talented creative individual who is both a strategic thinker and an analytical problem-solver to join our growing team. As a digital marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing ad campaigns across a variety of digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and leads. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in social media presence, sharp attention to detail, organized, and a strong desire to learn and develop their skills.

Education / Experience: A degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Strong attention to detail and basic understanding of design principles. Experience with Adobe products such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro for video editing would be a bonus.

Your Responsibilties

👉 Ad Campaigns 

Work with clients to plan, schedule, and execute ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google.
Collaborate with other team members, including developers and designers, to ensure seamless ad campaign
Manage client projects timelines, deliver project progress reports, and have regular interactions with clients to ensure their objectives are being properly met.Research and analyze information, develop and evaluate creative solutions, and present those solutions to Smith House crew and clients in the most effective way possible.

👉 Websites / Content Marketing 

Update and maintain existing websites by making necessary changes and improvements to webpage content.
Create compelling content for blog posts. Review and revise drafts until the final project is approved.  Stay updated with the latest trends, social technologies, and industry best practices.

👉 Video

Edit short-form video for social posts, social ads. Assemble raw video footage, make visual effects and graphics, adjust audio, and encode videos for various distribution formats.

Compensation, Benefits: This is a salaried position with benefits. We are an Arizona-based company, so ideally the candidate will live in the Phoenix area and be available to work in the office and from home. Out of towners are AOK too.
