Accountant/Bookkeeper

St. Gabriel’s Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to join our team in the role of Accountant. This individual will perform and review with a variety of accounting functions. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, Excel, Blackbaud AP, FACTS Management system, and has experience as a Full charge bookkeeper, Basic accounting principles and Month end close.

Additionally, this candidate is very organized and has experience effectively managing multiple projects at the same time to ensure all duties are accurately prioritized and completed on time. They are flexible in a fast-paced work environment, have a willingness to pitch in, and a willingness to develop expertise in all areas of Accounting. This candidate is also discrete with sensitive information.

SGCS is a co-educational Catholic school serving students from PreK 3-through 8th grade in Austin, Texas. The Lower School is comprised of Pre-Kindergarten 4th grade, and the Middle School houses grades 5-8.
