Role Overview:
We seek a passionate and energetic Curriculum Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in promoting and selling CatholicBrain’s online subscriptions and textbook curriculums to parishes, schools, and dioceses. As the front-line ambassador of our mission, you will be instrumental in broadening our impact and fostering deeper faith connections within the Catholic community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to sell CatholicBrain subscriptions and curriculums to new customers in the education and religious education sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (i.e., directors of religious education, school principals, etc.), in parishes, schools, and dioceses.
- Understand customer needs and tailor presentations and proposals to meet those needs.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to our goal of expanding our reach.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote CatholicBrain.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed educator for Third Grade.
TITLE: Third Grade Teacher for 2023-24
PURPOSE: To facilitate the spiritual, intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth of students by providing them with the structure and guidance necessary to meet their needs.
DUTIES:
Live and uphold the mission and vision of the school.
Demonstrate commitment to Catholic identity.
Instruct students on a daily basis in the subject(s) designated in the teacher’s contract.
Contribute to a unified, sequential schoolwide approach to education by coordinating individual teaching goals and curriculum with those of department and of the school as a whole.
Prepare and submit to Principal measurable learning objectives for various subjects taught and design instruction toward the goal of meeting these objectives.
Prepare regular lesson plans for weekly/monthly review and approval of Principal.
Attend all faculty meetings and school events at which faculty attendance is required.
Prepare and submit required student records and reports on a timely basis.
Provide detailed emergency lesson plans for a substitute to follow in case of teacher’s absence.
Gear instruction to student ability while providing assistance for those needing remedial work or enrichment.
Maintain certification. (Required BA/BS and working on + 18.)
Prepare referrals of special student cases and submit to the proper agency/authority.
Maintain effective communications with parents and students.

QUALIFICATIONS:
All teachers in the Catholic Schools in the Archdiocese of Detroit shall be certified and/or approved for teaching by the Department of Education for the State of Michigan.

All teachers who are catechists (teachers of religion) must be certified by the Department of Evangelization, Catechesis and Schools.
DST is a 30M business that sells managed service, block hour and consulting services as well as some software and hardware to over 50 clients. We are looking for a resource that has experience with Quickbooks who can organize the financials to match the vision of the company. Experience is preferred, but it is more important to have a good work ethic and be able to adapt.
We utilize the following systems that are integral for the finance resource to understand:

Day-to-day Job Responsibilities would include:
- Working with Distributers and internal DST resources to acquire up-to-date quotes for order entry. We are not very transactional, perhaps 85 orders per year in SW/HW
- Turn client facing estimates into invoices
- Enter Purchase Orders
- Create ‘Products and Services’ consistent with DST Chart of Accounts in Quickbooks
- Manage TMetrics system to bill clients for Block Hours work efforts
- Provide a variety of reports (A/P, A/R, Open POs) Project-based work would include:
- Adjusting Chart of Accounts to be more granular
- Work with the Management team to create ‘products and services’ within QuickBooks
- Devise a better method for tracking Managed Services, Block Hours and Consulting work to better forecast
- Assist Mangement team with Forecasting
