Summary
The Relationship Manager is responsible for the finding, development, and support of key client relationships for Corporate Travel’s Pilgrimage brand. Relationship Managers represent the organization to the public and thus are required to have strong spoken and written communication skills, poise and acumen speaking before groups, keen attention to detail and accuracy, and drive to selflessly serve others.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and the Corporate Travel Project Management Team to develop world-class itineraries.
- Maintain a command of Corporate Travel’s Pilgrimage products and procedures.
- Seek to grow and expand the number of qualified group leader client contacts.
- Work with group leader client contacts to develop itineraries that both support the ambitions of the group and incorporate the recommendations of the organization.
- Continually self-educate on the company’s most commonly served destinations inclusive of recommended lodging, dining, and religious attractions
- Collaborate with the Graphic Design team to develop accurate brochures and other promotional collateral.
- Ensure the timely delivery of client documents
- Facilitate sales meetings and departure meetings to group clients

The Outside Sales Specialist is responsible for not only maintaining existing manufacturing and industrial accounts but also generating new ones within the Indianapolis & Northern Indiana markets. This position will be responsible for generating new projects for all services within Nix Industrial (Metal Fabrication, Machining, Media Blasting, Powder Coatings, Liquid Coatings, On-Site Coatings) in a variety of industries (manufacturing, transportation, commercial, heavy industrial, agricultural, and government). This position requires minimal overnight travel.

Daily follow-ups with customers and prospects using different touch points (email, phone, face-to-face, LinkedIn, virtual meetings, and cold calling)

Provide customers with product knowledge and design solutions for potential projects.

Provide Engineers, Project Managers, and Estimators with the necessary information to help generate designs, estimates, and proposals for customers.

Assist in the management of the project through the entire production lifecycle.

Ensures all company values are adhered to and promoted through leading by example and creating an environment of trust and teamwork.

Participates in all requested job-related training and development, as well as taking an active interest in improving skills with other training programs

Role Overview:
We seek a passionate and energetic Curriculum Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in promoting and selling CatholicBrain’s online subscriptions and textbook curriculums to parishes, schools, and dioceses. As the front-line ambassador of our mission, you will be instrumental in broadening our impact and fostering deeper faith connections within the Catholic community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to sell CatholicBrain subscriptions and curriculums to new customers in the education and religious education sectors.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (i.e., directors of religious education, school principals, etc.), in parishes, schools, and dioceses.
- Understand customer needs and tailor presentations and proposals to meet those needs.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to our goal of expanding our reach.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote CatholicBrain.
Ideal Candidate:
- A passionate advocate for Catholic education and faith formation.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the education or religious sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with a drive to achieve sales targets.
