The Missionary Guide is a person entering a formation program designed to lead them closer to God through their own encounter with beauty, people, and themselves on trips.
The Missionary Guide position at Creatio is responsible for leading and guiding pilgrimages in New Mexico, Spain, and backpacking trips in Colorado. Trips can range from 3 -14 days long, walking 5-20 miles every day, depending on the trip, while carry a 30 lb. A Missionary guide will receive outdoor and spiritual education to equip them to lead these trips, which includes giving talks to the group of participants.
A missionary guide is fundraised salary position. Each missionary receives training and accompaniment while fundraising.
The season begins in August with outdoor, spiritual, and fundraising training. They then enter the fundraising season ending in October and will begin prepping trips that will begin in March. While in this pre-trip season between November and March, the guides will have opportunities to be trained and gain experience in backpacking and spiritual conversation.

SFLA Regional Coordinators develop and improve the effectiveness of SFLA by working with pro-life campus groups, regional pro-life organizations, community members, and encouraging participation in the greater Pro-Life Movement. A Regional Coordinator’s work includes, but is not limited to, improving existing groups, recruiting and activating community members, and encouraging student involvement in all 5 Pillars: Effective Education, Industry Impact, Public Policy, Rapid Response, and Supportive Services. This position is core to the general operations of SFLA of working with pro-life campus groups and encouraging participation in the Pro-Life Movement. We are looking for someone with campus pro-life experience, a passion for abolishing abortion and excellent leadership skills.

A missionary program that runs from Mid August to the end of May. We are building a team of 6 missionaries to help us run our retreat center. We serve 70 retreats per year and more than 4000 retreatants. We provide housing, food and a $500 per month stipend. There is faith formation through Mass, Bible Study, Daily prayer, and service. Jobs include everything from serving meals, to leading retreat talks, to chopping firewood to helping prepare for summer camp. It is optional to stay on and serve the summer camp program.
