Job Overview Joseph of Cupertino Classical Academy is now seeking a faithful and talented teacher to fill a part-time role for the 2025-2026 academic year for a Core Lower & Upper Mathematics School Teacher. Joseph of Cupertino Classical Academy is located in beautiful Irvine, California at St. Thomas More parish. Duties ●  Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. ●  Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a respectful and productive environment. ●  Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback. ●  Foster relationships with students, encouraging their personal growth and academic success. Qualifications The successful candidate will be a practicing Catholic willing to take the Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium. Those with a love for the language of the Church, the Catholic faith, and Catholic liberal education are encouraged to apply. This position is a core teaching position with varied responsibilities beyond the scope of teaching. Candidates should have experience working with middle and high school students in an educational setting. ●  Proficiency in curriculum development and instructional design principles. ●  Experience in classroom management techniques that promote a positive learning atmosphere. ●  A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. ●  Bachelor's degree in education with a specialization in mathematics, or equivalent. ●  Proven experience as a Math Teacher.
