Are you a dynamic and experienced accounting professional who is passionate about fulfilling the Great Commission? If so, we invite you to join Catholic Collegiate Outreach as an Accounting Manager.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a team, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance analysis. Improve processes and implement efficient financial systems.
  • Prepare financial statements and collaborate with auditors.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
  • 3+ years of finance or accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in GAAP and nonprofit accounting.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for our mission and the Catholic faith.

Compensation & Benefits

For this role, we anticipate paying $80,000 – $100,000/year. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. This range is an estimate. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the provided range and will be adjusted based on various factors including qualifications, experience, abilities, geographic location, and duties.

In this position, the Accounting Manager will be expected to fundraise in some capacity to support their work with us.
