The administrative assistant will be the first point of contact at the developing high school
and will assist in the establishment of the new school, which will be open for the 2025-26 academic year. This exciting opportunity is the perfect match for someone energetic who is looking to improve his/her current skills in communications, technology and much more.

Job Type: Full time, hourly
Salary: $38,000 to $42,000
Essential responsibilities:
- Providing front-desk reception services and administrative services, including office
management, answering phones, speaking with clients, assisting administrators and other employees, clerical work (including maintaining records and entering data), and a variety of other tasks
- Assisting the head of school in developing the new high school
- Answering and generating communications concerning the high school
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft, Google, other software
- Highly organized and able to pull together various documents and handbooks associated with a developing school
- Experience with customer service
Work schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday with 30 minutes for lunch
