Kidwell is seeking a team member to fulfill a full time Assistant Project Manager position. This highly motivated individual should like plans and carry them out with thoroughness and attention to detail. Communicating effectively to a wide variety of people, especially those who may not fully understand the task at hand is a requirement of this role. What You’ll Do:

Follow project methodologies outlined by Project Managers
Assist with processing and distribution of RFI’s, submittals, change orders, and close-out documentation
Produce, organize, categorize, and mark electronic drawings using CAD, Revit, and Bluebeam software
Multitask and use time effectively in order to meet project deadlines
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and other departments within Kidwell
Pick-up and delivery of plans, specs, and other various materials
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Do You Have What It Takes?

Knowledge of electrical and/or construction industry is preferred but not required
All candidates must be able to pass a physical exam and drug screening and must maintain a valid Driver’s license.
Communication skills that are strong, well developed, and informative
Organizing and prioritizing multiple initiatives will be a daily part of this role. The ability to use time effectively and meet tight deadlines is crucial.
