Schedule: Full-time; Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., some off-hours and weekends, as needed

POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Director of Admissions will recruit and enroll students at Franciscan University and provide leadership, management, and direction to subordinate staff.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage an enrollment territory of 300-500 prospective students on an annual basis. Maintain effective and regular communications attempts with students/families throughout the enrollment cycle.
- Coach, train, mentor subordinate staff in the completion of their recruitment activities.
- Provide support with creation of marketing materials and event management.
- Plan and execute travel in accordance with University procedures and enrollment targets.

REQUIREMENTS
Must understand, support, and embrace the mission of Franciscan University of Steubenville and possess the following:
Technical Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Experience with Technolution’s Slate CRM
Non-Technical Skills & Competencies

- Ability to coach subordinates.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in an admissions/enrollment office
Workplace Factors
- Occasional travel for recruitment events
- Occasional weekend and evening work
