What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Clinician at AccessAbilities, Inc., you will work closely with our amazing team of Behavior Clinicians and Supervisor of Behavior Management to provide behavior management services in accordance with 460iac in a supportive environment. Behavior Clinicians hold sessions in our Merrillville office, the community, and the individual’s home.

Manage a caseload of individuals, including staying within the contract hours and meeting the billable hours requirement.
Complete assessments, observations, Behavior Support Plans, and reports in a timely and thorough manner.
Train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and families on Behavior Support Plans.

Requirements:Who We’re Looking For

A master’s degree in clinical psychology, counseling psychology, school psychology, or another applied health service area of psychology, special education, social work, or counseling.
Experience working with the Medicaid Waiver.
Willingness to drive to and throughout Northwest Indiana, and hold sessions in-person.
Obtain 10 CEUs per year.
Willingness to work evenings as necessary to meet the needs of the individuals.
The ability to collaborate with local agencies and co-workers.
Professionalism, including the ability to build rapport, collaborate and handle difficult situations with the clinical team and family.
Have or be willing to obtain automobile insurance coverage of at least $100,000/$300,000/$300,000.
