A Ben Cline for Congress intern is focused on engaging with voters on behalf of Rep. Ben Cline in the 6th Congressional District. An intern will earn valuable experience towards a career in government or politics and will, on occasion, have the opportunity to engage directly with Congressman Cline.
Internships can be done for class credit if approved by your high school, college, or university. Interns who complete a minimum of 80 hours during a semester are eligible to receive letters of recommendation from campaign staff and Rep. Ben Cline.
Primary responsibilities include:
– Engaging with voters through door-to-door canvassing and phone banking
– Database entry and maintenance
– Event staffing
– Volunteer coordination
Minimum Qualifications:
– Driver’s license and personal vehicle or reliable transportation
