The Content Marketing Manager will lead our media creation, social media, and blogging efforts, playing a pivotal role in the communication and dissemination of our brand’s message. The ideal candidate has a mix of creative, technical, and analytical skills, and is passionate about creating compelling content that resonates with our target audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Media Creation:
• Oversee and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and podcasts.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure all media is on-brand and meets company standards.

Social Media Management:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
• Manage team of social media contractors
• Analyze social media metrics, reporting on trends and insights to drive strategy adjustments.

Blogging:
• Collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize content for organic search.
• Monitor blog performance and use analytics to suggest new topics or optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and product teams, to align content marketing initiatives with company goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, integrating best practices in content marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social media platforms, and analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization.

Skills and Competencies:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking combined with results-driven analytical skills.
• Understanding of the digital content landscape and emerging trends.
• Project or process management experience. Work with part-time contractors is a plus.

Experience:
• Minimum of 3-5 years in content marketing, with a proven track record of creating impactful content strategies.
• Experience in multimedia content creation, including video and graphics, is a plus.
