Development Coordination








This position is on-site at our office in Cambridge, Massachusetts with frequent travel to Castel Gandolfo, Italy, our main campus.

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years of related experience (STEM preferred);

The Development Coordinator for CatholicTech will provide essential support for meetings and events, gift processing, database management, external communications, and other administrative needs

  • As the first point of contact for many CatholicTech donors, the Development Coordinator should be an enthusiastic representative of the Institution

This role will offer the opportunity for an early-career fundraiser to expand their skills, learning how to plan and execute annual campaigns, managing boards and committees, solicitation techniques, and research and analysis, among others

The Development Coordinator does all this while adhering to CatholicTech’s core values: Faith First, Academic Excellence, Community and Faith Formation.

Provide administrative support for fundraising efforts, including timely processing of pledges and gifts, and tracking cultivation meetings;

  • Handle transactions and communications related to pledges and gifts (with the utmost accuracy and discretion);

  • Ensure contact information is kept up to date for both new and prospective donors
  • Organize and manage project timelines for multiple events varying in size and scope;
  • Work with marketing communications department to design invitations and bulk emails
  • Track registration and payments in coordination with other staff;
  • Setting up event spaces for programs and meetings;
  • Handling day-of event registration, sometimes with volunteers;

  • The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000, depending on relevant experience
