Position Overview:

CatholicTech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing team. As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that advance the mission of CatholicTech and enhance our reputation globally. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, communications, and public relations to effectively promote our educational programs, research initiatives, and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communications strategies that align with the university’s mission and goals.

Lead and manage the marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Oversee the creation and dissemination of compelling content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

Enhance the university’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communications.

Collaborate with academic departments, administration, and external partners to promote educational programs, research achievements, and community events.

Analyze market trends, conduct audience research, and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

Manage media relations and act as a spokesperson for the university when needed.

Organize and coordinate promotional events, conferences, and public relations activities.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including alumni, donors, media, and the broader community.

Ensure adherence to the university’s values and mission in all marketing and communications activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

Proven experience in a senior marketing or communications role, preferably in the education or nonprofit sector.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.

Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools.

Excellent organizational and project management skills.

Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve problems and drive results.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
