Position: Growth Manager 

Location: Gastonia, NC 

Type: Full-time, on site


  • Develop and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
  • Lead and inspire a team of coordinators and specialists, providing guidance to foster a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • Cultivate a growth mindset across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop custom plans and initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and industry disruptions to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
