Job Title: Inspections Coordinator
Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Inspections Coordinator who is friendly, organized, and has exceptional time management skills. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating seamless communication between various stakeholders, including insurance companies, clients, and homeowners. Your organizational abilities will be crucial in managing the company calendar, coordinating field inspections, and supporting field representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection Scheduling: Efficiently manage the company calendar and coordinate the scheduling of all field inspections.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a liaison between insurance companies, clients, and homeowners, ensuring clear and efficient communication and information sharing.
- Communication Support: Support field representatives by handling and managing relevant communication, including promptly monitoring and responding to emails.
- Phone Monitoring: Monitor the Allclaims Pro company phone, directing calls to the appropriate parties, and responding to voicemails in a timely manner.
- Front Desk Reception: Present a professional and friendly image as the front desk receptionist, serving as a representative of Allclaims Pro.
- Additional Tasks: Undertake a variety of other tasks as reasonably assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, with the expectation of work outside of standard business hours.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload and assignments effectively.
