Position Summary: Wyoming Catholic College is seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager for campus located in Lander, Wyoming facilities. The Janitorial Supervisor will be responsible for the cleanliness of all buildings of Wyoming Catholic College, as well as managing the janitorial aspects of Holy Rosary parish facilities. The Janitorial Supervisor will direct the student janitorial work study staff, training and supervising the work study students to maintain an orderly, safe, and efficient cleaning operation. In addition, he/she will be responsible for communicating with the Physical Plant Director and assisting with other jobs associated with the Physical Plant. This posting is a full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to cleanliness

• Experience with maintenance and cleaning tools

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Well organized, strong attention to detail, creative, and reliable

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Able to supervise college work study students, which both includes encouragement as well as formal and informal discipline

• Able to effectively represent the college to Holy Rosary Parish

• Work collaboratively with others as well as independently

• Basic computer and spreadsheet skills

• Any additional maintenance skills, such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, etc are a plus
