Position Available: Manager of Enrollment Operations
Position Reports to: Executive Director of Enrollment Services
Department: Enrollment Services
FLSA Status: Exempt
Schedule: Full Time – M-F – 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., some evenings and weekends
POSITION SUMMARY
The Manager of Enrollment Operations will oversee the operational systems, processes, and infrastructure of the enrollment division. Will work closely with each department to ensure the day-to-day business can be conducted in an efficient and orderly manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage ID card system including design, training, staff usage, hardware and software updates, supplies and integrations with other systems.
- Work as primary contact for issues regarding meal plans, library, and door access via ID cards.
- Manage general invoicing, inventories, tracking of expenses, contracts, and vendor relationships for the enrollment division.
- Maintain and track all internal hardware and software needs providing first line technical support as needed.
- Coordinate student work assignments, locations, and schedules to maximize student resources.
- Assist with logistics involved with generation and delivery of promotional and business mailings including but not limited to marketing, student invoicing, financial aid, etc.
- Assist with divisional and department events including purchases, supplies, invitations, room reservations, vendors, student, and staff resources.
- Oversee coordination of conference room reservations within the enrollment division area.

REQUIREMENTS
Must understand, support, and embrace the mission of Franciscan University of Steubenville and possess the following:
Technical Skills
- Must be proficient in computer technologies able to navigate easily within various products.
- Must be able to troubleshoot and work with technology hardware and software products.
- Budgeting and financial competency.
- Must be able to set up and manage virtual meetings and trainings.
Non-Technical Skills & Competencies
- Customer Service Focus – Understanding the needs of others.

- Technical/Functional Skills
- Quality of Work – Detail oriented
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in managing systems or operations preferred.
- Experience working with technical (computer) systems.
- Must be able to set up and trouble shoot computer hardware, monitors, cameras, etc.
Certifications & Licenses
- Technical Certifications a plus
- Project Management Certification a plus
Workplace Factors:
- Must be able to work in various settings moving about throughout the day.
- Must be able to lift and move boxes and equipment.
- Some evening and weekends work required.
