Verso is currently seeking a highly skilled full-time Marketing Manager to join our growing team. The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing initiatives, leading a talented team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our marketing and growth goals.

Your role at Verso Ministries:
– Manage marketing program including but not limited to: branding and positioning, lead generation campaigns and tactics, email marketing, paid advertising channels, social media management, public relations efforts, website development and maintenance, media production, and graphic design
– Oversee and serve as main point of contact for external agencies and marketing partners
– Analyze and report on key performance indicators and metrics across all marketing activities to assess effectiveness and growth
– Continually assess the pilgrimage market to understand consumer trends, customer insights, and marketing best practices
– Serve as the owner of Verso’s customer database, ensuring its accuracy and ongoing integrity
– Travel to conferences and events to promote Verso Ministries and cultivate relationships with strategic organizations and individuals to expand the customer base

You should have:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required
– 3+ years of experience in marketing and communications
– Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content marketing, and branding
– Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including various social media platforms
– Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with industry trends
– Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
– An ability to learn new skills, to be flexible. respond to ever-changing demands, and perform in a fast-paced environment
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points:
– Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, Canva, and/or a CRM
– Experience in the travel industry or working in a Catholic organization
