Office Manager Classical School







The Office Manager provides direct support to the Head of School and is responsible for maintaining the Academy office.

The ideal candidate will have high-level experience, strong computer and organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, be able to handle confidential matters and be willing to advance the school’s overall mission: supporting families and children to know, love, and serve the Lord. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Experience working in a school preferred.

The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with parents and children needing assistance in the main school office. You must be an ardent Roman Catholic and willing to take an oath of fidelity to the Magisterium of the Church.

The Academy is an independent Catholic classical school for students from Pre-school to Grade 8.

Duties include:
– Coordinate the overall office to assist the Head of school with tasks that support operations and activities (files, records, reports.etc.)
– General office tasks (visitors, phones, emails)
– Prepare and compose internal and external correspondence
– Organizing volunteers
– Maintaining the school calendar and coordinating events
– Other duties as assigned

– Microsoft Office Suite – must be proficient
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Confidentiality and discretion
– Able to obtain all necessary background clearances
