We are seeking a highly skilled, full-time Pilgrimage Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with our visionary CEO to drive the development and expansion of Verso’s Sales program. If you possess strong follow-through, excellent communication skills, and a creative and strategic mindset, you’re the ideal candidate we’re looking for!
Your Role at Verso Ministries:
- Collaborate with the CEO and Sales team to provide top-tier service to prospective pilgrims and group leaders throughout their discernment journey by:
- Coordinating and participating in sales calls
- Researching and preparing compelling, intentional proposals
- Supporting various aspects of the sales process
- Take charge of inbound sales initiatives by validating leads, diligently following up on inquiries, and engaging in other proactive activities
- Bring automation to the forefront by developing and implementing efficient processes, captivating content, and valuable tools within Verso’s CRM
- Showcase your collaborative spirit by integrating strategic sales initiatives with Verso’s robust marketing programming
What We’re Looking for in You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in the dynamic realm of sales or marketing/communications, highlighting your ability to make an impact
- Analytical prowess and problem-solving skills with a talent for overcoming challenges and driving remarkable results
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a remarkable ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- A sense of adaptability and agility that will shine in a fast-paced environment, always ready to learn new skills and respond to ever-changing demands
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that allow you to effectively captivate and inspire
Bonus Points for:
- Direct experience in product or service sales, with a proven track record of driving results and exceeding expectations
- Experience working with a CRM and optimizing customer interactions
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Canva
- Previous experience in the travel industry or a Catholic organization
