Verso Ministries is seeking a highly skilled, full-time Pilgrimage Sales Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our visionary CEO to drive the development of new partnership opportunities and build upon relationships with existing groups and pilgrims. If you’re driven, possess exceptional communication skills, and thrive in a creative and strategic environment, you’re the ideal candidate we’re looking for.   Your Role at Verso Ministries:

  • Showcase your talent for building relationships as you serve as a primary point of contact for prospective pilgrims and group leaders, guiding them with exceptional customer service throughout their discernment journey
  • Create and foster strategic partnerships by identifying, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with group leaders and other key collaborators
  • Take charge of inbound and outbound sales initiatives by generating leads, diligently following up on inquiries, and employing other proactive activities
  • Harness the power of automation by developing and implementing streamlined processes, captivating content, and valuable tools within Verso’s CRM
  • Demonstrate the unparalleled value of the Verso experience with prospects through persuasive sales calls, compelling proposals, and personalized support throughout the sales process
  • Leverage your analytical skills to analyze data and trends, informing the evolution and execution of a comprehensive sales and growth strategy
  • Showcase your collaborative spirit by integrating strategic sales initiatives with Verso’s robust marketing programming 

  What We’re Looking for in You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
  • Analytical prowess and problem-solving skills with a talent for overcoming challenges and driving remarkable results
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a remarkable ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease
  • A sense of adaptability and agility that will shine in a fast-paced environment, always ready to learn new skills and respond to ever-changing demands

  Bonus Points for:

  • Direct experience in product or service sales, with a proven track record of driving results and exceeding expectations
  • Experience working with a CRM and optimizing customer interactions
  • Previous experience in the travel industry or a Catholic organization
