As a public adjuster with ClaimStar Public Adjusting, you will represent and advocate for homeowners throughout the claims process.
Responsibilities
- Review claims prior to inspection
- Perform onsite inspections with insurance representative
- Draft estimates & supplements of assessed damages
- Keep frequent communication with involved parties on open claim files
- Keep detailed records of all communications regarding handled files
- Advocate for a fair claim settlement for our client
Ideal Qualifications
- Claims Adjusting or Roof Inspecting Experience
- Public Adjuster License & Experience
- Xactimate Proficiency
- Interpersonal skills
- Computer competency
- Comfortable with Roof inspections
