Castletown Media, a marketing agency and film studio, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent innovative services in marketing and communications services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through research, outreach, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
• Close deals and exceed sales targets by showcasing the value of
  Castletown Media’s services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in marketing, media, or related industries.
• A demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving results.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.

Compensation:

• This position is largely commission-based but offers a base salary, with variable rates based on experience and performance. Your earning potential grows as you contribute to the success of Castletown Media.
