The Covenant School is seeking an experienced School Counselor for the 2024-25 school year. Primary job responsibilities include providing direct support to students in grades 6 through 12 and collaborating with faculty, staff, and parents to address student social-emotional and academic concerns.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in social-emotional development and a commitment to Christian education and the Liberal Arts tradition. Candidates must also have the ability to connect and build a strong rapport with students, an enthusiasm for professional growth and student wellness, and an eagerness to share their Christian faith authentically in the context of their role.
