Job Description: Allclaims Pro is seeking a Settlement Coordinator. This position reports to the Settlement Manager and handles pricing negotiations between our clients and their insurance providers, ensuring that our clients are rightfully compensated according to their policy conditions. The individual must have an acute understanding of insurance policies, possess exceptional negotiation skills, and be relentless in their pursuit of fair compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Negotiations: Engage in daily discussions with insurance adjusters to negotiate optimal settlements for our clients based on their policy conditions.
  • Document Review: Examine and analyze insurance policies, claims, and settlement offers to determine the appropriateness of compensation.
  • Client Liaison: Regularly update clients on the status of their claims, providing them with a clear understanding of the negotiation process and potential outcomes.
  • Claims Submission: Accurately submit any supplemental claims or information to insurance companies that may support the negotiation process.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with any changes in insurance regulations, policies, and industry standards to leverage during negotiations.
  • Process Review: Streamline the supplement process for speed and efficiency, pinpointing areas for improvement (e.g. automation). 
  • Data & Reporting: Extract and analyze departmental data, produce reports, audit tasks, and offer strategic insights to upper management based on findings.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as reasonably assigned. 

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on skills and experience. This position is eligible for participation in the company’s annual profit-based bonus plan.
