Employment Type: Full-time Start Date:  Immediate Job Description: As our STEM Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our students by:

• Designing and delivering engaging STEM curriculum and hands-on activities aligned with state standards and Catholic values.
• Fostering a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration.
• Integrating Catholic teachings and values into STEM lessons, emphasizing ethical responsibility and stewardship.
• Collaborating with classroom teachers to incorporate STEM concepts across the curriculum and enhance interdisciplinary learning experiences.
• Providing professional development and coaching support to classroom teachers to strengthen their STEM instructional practices.
• Assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Cultivating partnerships with parents, community organizations, and industry professionals to enrich the STEM learning experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM field, or related discipline
• Valid teaching certification/license.
• At least 2 years experience teaching elementary students, preferably in a Catholic or faith-based educational setting.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing hands-on, inquiry-based STEM lessons.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
