Operation TEACH

Operation TEACH is post-graduate service program where recent college graduates teach for two-years at Catholic schools and earn a tuition-free masters in education.

Operation TEACH is a post-graduate, service opportunity for educators to make an impact on students in Baltimore area Catholic Schools while embarking on a transformative personal and professional journey. Operation TEACH participants commit to the two-year service program while they are enrolled in a graduate program at Notre Dame of Maryland University and complete a Master of Arts in Education. The program's three pillars – Community Life, Spiritual Life, and Professional Life – form the foundation upon which participants build their futures as educators, leaders, and agents of change.
