The School of Sacred Music promotes and fosters the pursuit of musical excellence in the sacred liturgy through performance and mentorship. Future professionals in sacred music require the practical wisdom that craftsmanship demands. The SSM furnishes sacred music apprentices with opportunities for growth in a lived liturgical context, under the guidance of seasoned master teachers. Our values: Craft in the service of transcendence: this intersection drives all of the SSM’s initiatives.
