As an inside sales representative, you would:
- Respond to leads as quickly as possible – whether phone calls, contact forms, or emails.
- Understand potential clients’ needs, explain how our service works, and advise clients on how best to proceed.
- Book jobs, taking detailed notes before handing them off to the scheduling department.
- Follow up on estimates, train craftsmen on how best to perform estimates, and provide feedback on craftsmen’s estimate performance.
- Be alert for ways we can improve our client experience and win more jobs.
