POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness and in coordination with multiple divisions and vice presidents, the Director is responsible for the overall administration and support of multiple integrated University systems, specifically Slate, Pathify (The Port), and AdAstra. This individual will provide guidance and support to functional users in day-to-day management and functionality supporting multiple University initiatives, including user training and engagement, building complex queries, communication support, document management, data uploads, and integrations with the Student Information System and other campus systems.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops implementation and integration strategies for the Slate, Pathify, and AdAstra systems; manages the functionality of features within each, as well as system-related processes for users within University offices to ensure standardization of use, consistency of data, and optimization of system features.
- Manage data integrations and assist with error correction in the feed of data between systems, vendor files, and site-specific forms that insert records into the system. Develop in-depth knowledge of data integrations and business process data usage ensuring optimal data integrations and troubleshooting when necessary.
- Ensures proper import of data into Slate, Pathify, and AdAstra from external sources and export of data for distribution; provides data required to meet the needs of University constituents by using query and report management tools and researching data requests to support institutional goals; coordinates with University offices to build and update all associated applications, documents and forms.
- Identifies and assists with resolving related processing and technology problems; offer first-level support for Slate, Port (Pathify), and AdAstra-related concerns, troubleshoot functional., process, and system issues, and manage these to resolution.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of security/user profiles to ensure system and data integrity; responsible for the development and maintenance of various data and process structures, including but not limited to events, forms, portals, letters, fields, entities, datasets, and processing rules.
- Play a key role in customization, developing new features, and preparing the system for various operational cycles.
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical staff. Provide training and support for Slate, Port, AdAstra, and other related technologies, as necessary.
- Ensure data integrity and security, managing user access, roles, and permissions. Develop and update custom permissions for staff and faculty; develop and manage infrastructure for reports, fields, and rules. Validate queries for internal and external stakeholders.

Franciscan University is seeking an Assistant Registrar who will assist with the management and performance of primary Registrar’s Office services.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform degree audits and certify degrees for graduating students.
- Coordinate academic check-in, course registration, class lists, midterm deficiencies, and grade lists.
- Commencement planning and all related correspondence, reports, audits, events, caps, gowns, service agreements, supplies, and communication with other offices and vendors.
- Plan, organize and manage a Graduation Fair twice a year.

Date: November 7, 2023 Position Available: Assistant Director of Admissions Position Reports to: Director of Admissions Department: Admissions FLSA Status: Exempt Schedule: Full-time; Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., evening and weekend hours required Please apply online: https://franciscan.edu/assistant-director-of-admissions-3/ POSITION SUMMARY The Assistant Director of Admissions will recruit and enroll a specific number of new students each year towards the enrollment goal, as well as assist the Director of Admissions in added administrative responsibilities, specifically with coordinating virtual content, parent and family communications, external vendor relationships, SWOP supervision, and other special projects as assigned. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a full admissions funnel, recruiting and enrolling freshman and transfers each fall and spring.
- Provide administrative representation and assistance to the Director of Admissions as part of the Enrollment Leadership team to help with strategic planning and execution of those plans.
- Supervision and coordination of SWOP positions in Admissions

- Success as an Admissions Counselor and Senior Admissions Counselor or similar recent professional experience
- Takes initiative to grow professionally and accept added responsibility.
- Extensive experience with managing an Admissions of similar sales funnel and promoting FUS, as well as understanding of leadership and mentorship needs for the team.

- Travel to designated high school youth conferences during the summer, and various events at high schools/high recruitment areas during the school year.
- Work a minimum of one night per week, as well as occasinally work nights and weekends when necessary for events and travel.
